Your shipped product cannot be cancelled after it has been checked by our security department.
How do I return my order?
You can return your product within 7 days after you recieve the shipment. An e-mail including the return request should be sent within 7 days to
musterihizmetleri@boyut.com.tr for your request to be processed. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days after the shipped product arrives at our stores. The product must be complete and undamaged.
When do I view the refund status?
After credit card refunds, it may take a couple of days depending on your bank to view the transaction.
